Founded in 2001, we work primarily with those employed in low-paid, precarious sectors such as agriculture, food processing, restaurants and homecare work. We support and empower people to take action both individually and collectively to assert their rights.Labour Exploitation Casework Manager - Job DescriptionRole Summary:TheLabour Exploitation Casework Manager will be responsible for leading and coordinating MRCI's casework with people who have experienced severe exploitation at work.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide operational and strategic management of MRCI's casework with victims of severe labour exploitation.Provide casework support and representation to individual workers in key strategic cases.Supervise and coordinate MRCI staff members.Establish working relationships with key stakeholders and organisations and represent MRCI at events and in the media as necessary.Develop and coordinate relevant research and policy positions based on casework, prepare regular briefings and reports and engage decision makers.Monitor and respond to external developments in combating severe labour exploitation in Ireland, Europe and internationally.Identify funding opportunities, assist in development of funding proposals and take responsibility for the implementation and reporting on projects.Participate as a part of MRCI's senior management team and contribute to organisational development.Salary and BenefitsSalary guideline for this role is €57,000 – €62,000 based on experienceFull time 5 days, 35 hours per week with some flexibility on working hoursHybrid working role with a minimum of two to three days per week required in office25 days annual leaveA diverse working environment with flexible and supportive working arrangementsPension contribution of 5% of salary to a PRSAEmployee Assistance Programme to support staff well-being and personal developmentHow to Apply?Read more on eligibility and how to apply on the website:The closing date for applications is5:00 pm on Thursday, 5 February 2026.Only applications that includeboth a completed application form and a CVwill be considered.
