Financial Services Administrator Job Opportunity
Our client, a well-established financial advisory firm based in North Dublin, is seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to join their expanding team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a group of experienced financial advisors, gaining valuable hands-on experience in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage client documentation and maintain accurate compliance records.
* Support policy administration, client onboarding, and claims processing.
* Liaise with advisors to ensure efficient and professional client service.
* Carry out a range of general administrative duties to assist the team.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years experience in a financial services role.
* ATA qualified (or working towards QFA); QFA qualification preferred.
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Confident communicator with the ability to engage effectively with clients over the phone.
