We seek a skilled education and professional development manager to lead strategic initiatives within our organisation.
 * Foster a cohesive, inclusive, and customer-focused organisational culture as part of the Executive Team.
 * Oversee all aspects of education and training policy, accreditation, and standards in line with national legislation and EU directives.
 * Manage programme accreditation and re-accreditation, ensuring compliance with national standards.
 * Develop and implement revised accreditation standards, procedures, and related policies.
 * Promote ongoing professional competence within the professions.
 * Provide strategic advice to Council and Committees, preparing reports and presenting policy updates.
 * Manage registration eligibility examinations and assess qualification recognition for national and international applicants.
 * Represent the organisation with education institutions, regulators, Government bodies, and other stakeholders nationally and internationally.
