RIGHT Group is a leading Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Company with a significant track record in the Water/Waste Water Sector.
We currently have a requirement for a Trade qualified Industrial Electrician for works in the Longford area.
The Role
The selected candidate will work under the direction of the Programme manager but it will be essential that candidates are capable of working from their own initiative and be capable of managing their own time based on a schedule of works issued.
Candidates should have an excellent understanding of Electrical systems, be proficient in reading Electrical Schematics and be familiar with all types of Electrical testing and principles.
Candidates should be very familiar with current ETCI IS10101 regulations and codes of practice.
You may be required to carry out inspection reports and testing on various installations and equipment.
Responsibilities
Responsible for PIR testing on numerous sites of various sizes and complexity
Completing all relevant test paperwork
Issuing progress reports and uploading test reports on Tablet/Laptop.
To be able to read and understand working drawings and Schematics
Ability to work on your own initiative is essential
To have up to date knowledge of relevant regulations and H & S guidelines
Requirements
Trade Qualified in Electrical
Qualified QC an advantage
5+ years’ experience within the industry
Experience in Water/Waste Water a distinct advantage
Full clean driving licence
Safe Pass
A team player with excellent problem- solving skills
Flexible to the needs of the business
