We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team and contribute to our high standards of food preparation and presentation.
About The Role
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your section to the highest standard.
* Ensure the smooth running of your section and assist in other areas as needed.
* Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety at all times.
* Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to develop new menu items.
* Manage stock and control waste effectively.
* Supervise and train junior chefs, ensuring consistency in quality and efficiency.
* Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.

* Previous Experience Gained at a Similar Level within a High Quality Catering Operation
* NVQ Level 2 or the Equivalent in Food Preparation and Cooking
* Recognised Current Food Hygiene Certificate
* Flexibility to Work Various Shifts including Evenings and Weekends when Required
