Intermediate quantity surveyor

Intermediate Quantity Surveyor: Intermediate Quantity Surveyor with 4 + years experience required for a well-established Building Contractor to work on in their Swords Office. Our client has a great reputation and their office is a great place to work from. This Contractors commercial department is very well set up but there is plenty of opportunity to progress with their strong pipeline of project. Requirements: Degree qualified with at least 4 years experience in Quantity Surveying with a main building contractor in Ireland or the UK. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Must be commercially and contractually aware. Ambitious and committed to deliver an excellent standard of work. Must be eligible to work in Ireland. Role: Preparing tenders, analysing, selecting appropriate s/cs, negotiation & finalise s/c orders, financial & commercial management of s/cs to Final Account completion.
