Fisher Investments Luxembourg is a leading global investment firm that offers professional discretionary portfolio management services for high-net-worth private clients and institutions. Our organisation has experienced significant growth in recent years, and we are seeking highly motivated individuals with finance backgrounds to join our team as Investment Counsellors.
The Investment Counsellor role is focused on managing relationships with high-net-worth clients in Belgium from our office in Dublin. Your ability to understand our clients' needs and educate them on portfolio changes will be crucial to your success in this role. You will report to your Team Manager who will aid in your professional development.
As an Investment Counsellor, you will be responsible for building long-standing relationships with clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service. This includes managing a book of high-net-worth relationships, acting as a conduit between clients, research and trading departments, and service teams. You will also proactively update clients on portfolio changes, financial markets, our current market strategy, and investment philosophy.
Our training program will provide you with advanced finance and capital markets education, enabling you to make informed decisions and drive results for our clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* At least 2 years of experience working with private clients within the banking or wealth management industry
* A sound knowledge of financial concepts, markets, current events, and the market
* Native or fluent French and English skills; Flemish and Dutch language skills are also beneficial
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with and educate various audiences
* MiFID certification, training, or equivalent
* CFA or similar education is beneficial
