Group Head of HR
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and implementing the people strategy for a leading organisation in Ireland and the UK. Key areas of focus include:
* Developing and delivering a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with company goals and objectives.
* Collaborating closely with key business stakeholders to implement a uniform HR approach across the organisation.
* Providing leadership on employment relations/industrial relations, building and maintaining effective relationships with union representatives, and negotiating pay agreements.
* Designing and implementing talent development plans, partnering with the leadership team to develop strategic talent initiatives, and overseeing training and coaching programs.
