Job Description

This is a Monday to Friday permanent position with flexible start and finish times available. The role will be based in the Belfast office and will support the CEO and Finance Director.


Main Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative, secretarial, and general support to the CEO and Finance Director
* Oversee the smooth running of office operations
* Manage diaries, scheduling meetings, and appointments, taking minutes as needed
* Support aspects of HR administration
* Maintain ISO management systems (ISO 27001) ensuring readiness for audits and continual compliance


Key Skills and Qualifications:

* Experience in a similar role, such as Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or Operations Manager
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite, particularly Microsoft Lists, Forms, Share Point, Excel, and Teams
* Significant experience with ISO 27001 and 9001 frameworks
* HR administration experience including recruitment, employee lifecycle support, and maintaining HR records
* Skilled in managing multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously
