The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and possesses strong financial acumen combined with excellent communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesWork with business leaders and cross-functional teams to gather, document, and validate business requirements.Analyze financial processes, systems, and data flows to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for implementation by IT or development teams.Support strategic projects across areas such as corporate finance, risk, asset management, and regulatory compliance.Conduct detailed financial and operational analyses to support management decisions and investment strategies.Prepare business cases, process documentation, and reports to support new system implementations or upgrades.Participate in the testing, validation, and deployment of financial systems and digital tools.Collaborate with data and technology teams to enhance automation, reporting, and analytical capabilities.Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs, providing insights on performance, trends, and risk exposure.Support compliance and audit functions by ensuring data accuracy and process integrity.Facilitate workshops, presentations, and stakeholder meetings to align on requirements and project goals.Identify opportunities for digital transformation and process automation to improve efficiency and accuracy.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by implementing best practices and innovative solutions.Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption.QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant within the financial sector.Strong understanding of financial products, banking operations, accounting principles, and regulatory frameworks.Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SQL, or other data analysis and visualization tools.Experience with ERP or financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Bloomberg, Refinitiv) preferred.Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies.Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.High attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving ability under tight deadlines.Professional certifications (e.g., CBAP, CFA, or PMP) are a plus.
