Responsibilities Drive the development, implementation, and improvement of the company's Environmental, Health, Safety & Quality (EHSQ) policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and industry standards, including ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and Safe-T-Cert accreditation. Promote a proactive safety culture through staff training, awareness campaigns, and regular communication across the organization. Oversee accident and incident investigations, reporting, statistics, and liaise with insurers and regulatory bodies as needed. Manage safety officers, ensure subcontractor compliance, conduct regular site audits, and address safety non-conformances. Support tenders, client meetings, safety campaigns, and report regularly to senior management on EHSQ matters.
