Overview Pathway is delighted to be working with a leading legal services organisation in their search for a Pre-Litigation Credit Hire Paralegal to join their defendant insurance litigation team in Belfast.
This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with pre-litigation or credit hire experience to progress their legal career within a supportive, forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities Case Management Handle a caseload of pre-litigation credit hire files, developing file strategies in line with client guidelines and managing each matter from instruction through to resolution.
Negotiation and Strategy Conduct early and effective telephone negotiations with Credit Hire Organisations and third-party solicitors, using legal principles and case law to support settlements.
Client and Stakeholder Engagement Liaise with insurers and other stakeholders to ensure cases progress efficiently, with a focus on delivering strong outcomes and maintaining compliance.
Team Collaboration Work closely with a collaborative team and contribute to a supportive working culture that values continuous development and quality service delivery.
Regulatory Compliance Ensure all files are maintained in accordance with internal procedures and relevant regulatory guidelines.
