manufacturing company in Co.
Westmeath
is seeking an experienced
HR Generalist
to join their growing HR team.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role supporting the full employee lifecycle in a supportive and people-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support
recruitment
for indirect roles and assist with direct hiring
Coordinate
onboarding and inductions
for new employees
Support managers with
performance management
, reviews, and HR queries
Assist with
employee relations
, including disciplinary and grievance processes
Administer
employee benefits
and liaise with external providers
Support
employee engagement
, wellbeing initiatives, and company events
Prepare HR reports and metrics, including
absenteeism, turnover, and headcount
Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
Minimum
2+ years' experience
in an
HR Generalist / HR Officer
role
Experience in a
manufacturing or fast-paced environment
is an advantage
Relevant third-level qualification in HR or Business (
CIPD desirable
)
Strong
HR systems (HRIS)
and Microsoft Office skills
