Project Manager Apartments (North Dublin) A well-established mid-sized main building contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a large-scale apartment development in Raheny, Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction professional to join a reputable contractor with a strong pipeline of residential and general building projects across Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of the project, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role would suit a Project Manager with strong experience delivering apartment, residential, or large-scale general building projects within the Irish construction market. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day delivery of a large apartment development from construction through to completion Coordinate site management teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders across all stages of the build Ensure projects are delivered on programme, within budget, and in line with quality standards Monitor construction progress and address any issues impacting project delivery Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and senior management teams Coordinate project planning, sequencing, and short-term programming activities Ensure health & safety procedures and site compliance standards are maintained Review site progress, quality control, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle Support procurement, logistics, and resource planning activities on site Drive efficient project delivery and maintain strong communication across the project team Requirements Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline Minimum 7+ years experience within the construction industry Previous experience in a Project Manager role with a main contractor essential Strong background delivering apartment, residential, or general building projects Irish construction experience is essential Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills Strong understanding of construction sequencing, programme delivery, and site operations Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate site teams effectively Whats on Offer Competitive salary (€100,000 €110,000 DOE) Opportunity to join a well-established and growing main contractor Large-scale residential development project in Dublin Strong pipeline of future residential and general building projects Career progression opportunities within a growing business Supportive and collaborative management team environment To Apply If you are an experienced Project Manager seeking a new opportunity with a reputable Dublin contractor, please contact Amy Maguire for a confidential discussion or send your CV.
