About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Capital Markets Transaction Team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the delivery of exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain strict confidentiality with all materials and information while exercising discretion when interfacing with stakeholders
* Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management across multiple time zones
* Gather and assist in preparing presentations for speaking events, board meetings, and Town Halls
Required Skills & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will require excellent English written and verbal communication skills. You must have confidence in dealing with high-level internal and external stakeholders as well as strong time-management and organisational skills.
The ideal candidate should also possess proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint etc., along with basic knowledge of accounting systems being an advantage.
