Process Packaging Engineer – Pharmaceuticals – Ireland
Our client is a CDMO specializing in Packaging Services across OSD, API, and Sterile Injectables. They are seeking an experienced Process Engineer to join their team in Ireland during an exciting growth phase.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Complete process engineering activities to ensure the successful installation and integration of new manufacturing lines.
* Collaborate with existing engineers to develop SOPs in compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
* Develop Work Instructions in coordination with engineering teams.
* Ensure all activities meet client expectations and regulatory standards (HPRA/FDA).
* Support efforts to optimize efficiency and effectiveness of manufacturing lines for clients.
Desirable Experience:
* Experience in process engineering for new manufacturing lines.
* Proficiency in developing SOPs, Work Instructions, etc.
* Experience in process development and ensuring efficient manufacturing on new lines.
* Packaging industry experience.
