Senior Oracle E-Business Suite Analyst
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our IT Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing integration and enhancement solutions in the Oracle HRMS suite of applications for on-premise e-BS 12.2.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work independently to support business teams by providing technical expertise and solution delivery.
* Perform business analysis, interact with stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide solutions that meet their goals.
* Document configurations, functional designs, and technical designs to ensure effective implementation.
* Configure system settings, employee templates, and special information types based on business requirements.
* Build custom solutions using PL-SQL, APEX, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports to meet business needs.
Requirements:
* Extensive experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and related technologies.
* Strong understanding of HRMS functionality and business processes.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
* Flexibility to work outside regular working hours when required.
