About the Role
As a Warehouse Supervisor with Mc Culla Ireland, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient running of our warehouse operations. You will be responsible for assisting with the receipt, storage, picking, wrapping, quality checking and dispatch of all goods that pass through the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with the receipt, storage, picking, wrapping, quality checking and dispatch of all goods
* Run the Crossdock operation on a daily basis and support the team
* Perform warehouse operations and complete supporting paperwork
* Process receipts and shipments in a timely manner
* Maintain/improve the appearance and cleanliness of the warehouse
* Comply with Company Health & Safety standards
* Operate Forklifts etc used in the warehouse in a safe manner
* Supervise a team to ensure they are carrying out their roles effectively and meeting targets
* Motivate, encourage and give feedback to employees for continuous improvement
* Ensure all documentation is completed and up to date for audit purposes
* Complete training with new employees and implement further employee training when required
