Beyond signage, we manage complex architectural installations such as façades, glazing, cladding, balconies, FF&E and bespoke outdoor structures. Our investment in in-house print and production (Epson SureColor, Summa cutters, laminators) ensure the seamless delivery from design to final install.
As we continue to grow, we're seeking an experienced and ambitious Project Manager who wishes to contribute and participate in the successful growth and expansion of a proven business.
Role Summary
As Project Manager you will oversee a portfolio of installation projects — from quotation and planning, through to execution and final delivery. You will coordinate with production, installation teams, clients, suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standards in compliance with all safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all phases of assigned projects: planning & scheduling, resource allocation, site surveys, installation coordination, commissioning and handover.
* Act as primary point of contact for clients, internal teams and subcontractors; maintain clear, timely communication.
* Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, RAMS, progress reports and change-control procedures.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, industry standards and company policies.
* Monitor installation quality and performance, undertake post-installation audits, and drive continuous improvement.
* Resolve issues and escalations, negotiate with stakeholders, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
* Liaise with procurement/supply chain for equipment, materials, and subcontractor services; ensure timely delivery and cost control.
* Provide accurate project forecasting, reporting and documentation to senior management.
Requirements & Skills
* Proven experience in project management, minimum 2 years, ideally within construction-related, signage/branding or installation services.
* Manage multiple jobs/sub-contractors and navigate the complexities of site installation.
* Good understanding of health & safety practices, working at height, site coordination.
* Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and site conditions, and translate into installation plans.
* The understanding and ability to measure, estimate and submit quotes.
* Be present at installation to trouble shoot and manage a multi-disciplinary team.
* Strong planning and organisational skills, with a problem-solver mindset: comfortable managing change and resolving conflicts.
* Valid driving licence and willingness to travel to sites (including out-of-hours/weekend support when required).
* Professional project-management qualification is a plus.
