The Role: We are looking for an M&E Bid Manager.
This isnt just about managing a deadline; its about taking ownership.
Youll bridge the gap between the estimate and the final proposal, leading bids from the moment an enquiry lands to the final submission.
Youll work with our Pre-Construction Director to make smart "bid/no-bid" decisions (saving us all from chasing the wrong opportunities), coordinate resources, and ensure our submissions are accurate, compliant, and actually make sense.
Who You Are: Youre likely a Senior Estimator or Pre-Construction professional who is tired of just calculating numbers and wants to influence the strategy.
You have strong commercial acumenyou understand risk, margins, and contracts.
You can manage multiple tenders without breaking a sweat (or a spreadsheet) and are highly organised.
You also know how to summarise complex information for senior management without sending them a novel.
You don't need to be a superhero, but you do need to be proficient in Microsoft Office and digital document platforms.
