This is your opportunity to join a globally recognised Fortune 500 services firm, supporting some of the most high-profile Life Sciences clients in the world.Based in Dublin, you'll play a central role in delivering strategic sourcing initiatives across both hard and soft FM, managing key supplier relationships, and aligning procurement strategies with highly regulated, high-stakes environments.Your Role Will Include:Developing and executing tailored FM sourcing strategies across key client accounts-covering everything from maintenance and cleaning to energy and securityEngaging with senior client stakeholders in Life Sciences environments, ensuring procurement aligns with industry-specific compliance and operational requirementsLeading supplier performance management and building strategic vendor relationships across the FM supply chainCollaborating with category and sourcing teams to drive ESG initiatives, cost savings, and service excellenceProviding regular reporting on sourcing performance, KPIs, and project milestones to both internal and external stakeholdersSupporting supplier onboarding, qualification, and framework agreements within regulated procurement proceduresWhat We're Looking For:Proven years' of experience in Facilities Management procurement (hard & soft services), ideally within Life Sciences, Pharma, or Manufacturing industriesDemonstrated ability to manage strategic sourcing processes and supplier performance at a senior levelStrong working knowledge of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) modelsA strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to solving procurement challengesCommercial acumen and analytical skills to assess cost drivers and build long-term valueExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills in a client-facing role Why Join?Work with leading global brands in one of the most critical procurement categoriesBe part of a collaborative, high-performance team in a company that invests in people and long-term growthEnjoy a clear progression path, international exposure, and the stability of a globally renowned organizationCompetitive base salary of €80,000 + bonus & comprehensive benefitsReady to step into a role where you'll lead with impact and grow in a thriving global team?
