Project Coordinator
We are presently recruiting for a Construction Project Coordinator position.
This is a full–time, permanent role requiring coordination of construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring timelines are met.
* Prepare accurate cost estimates and financial reports for materials, labor, and equipment.
* Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to develop project scopes.
* Monitor project expenditures and adjust as necessary.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
* Track project progress, identify risks, and propose solutions.
* Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and prepare status reports.
