What you'll do
* Monitoring store orders and ensuring correct store stock levels
* Creating allocations for promotional products
* Demand planning for future promotional activity
* Optimising our internal supply chain system
* Generating ordering tools for use in store
* Ordering stock for different areas of the business
* Generating baking guidelines for store use
* Maintaining item and supplier information
* Generating and tracking of KPIs and reporting on supply chain's performance
* Help foster collaborative relationships with our business partners
What you'll need
* Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
* Efficient decision making and organisational skills
* Structured work ethic and target driven
* Capable of working to strict deadlines
* Confident and persuasive communication skills
* Demonstrate the ability to adapt quickly to new situations
* PC and Microsoft Office proficiency (strong excel skills essential)
* Previous supply chain experience is an advantage
What you'll receive

* €49,500 rising up to €58,500 after 3 years
* 20 days holidays per annum rising to 25 days after 2 years
