Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and skilled front office support professional to join our team. This is a temporary position with a contract length of 6 months.
The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting clients, taking payments, handling telephone and email queries, managing appointments, and performing end of day reconciliation of accounts.
This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and HealthOne Software is desirable.
The ideal candidate will work Monday-to-Friday schedule, no weekends, and expected hours are 32 per week.
