We seek a dedicated and experienced Production Manager to join our operations team in Tallaght.
About the Role
This is a key leadership position responsible for ensuring the smooth, efficient and safe running of all production activities.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a strong focus on quality, efficiency and people development.
Main Responsibilities
* Lead and manage daily production operations to ensure targets for quality, output and efficiency are achieved.
* Plan and allocate resources effectively, ensuring optimum staffing levels and workflow.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes, performance and workplace organisation.
* Monitor KPIs, analyse performance data and implement corrective actions where required.
* Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety policies and promote a strong safety culture onsite.
* Support, coach and develop team leaders and production staff to achieve high performance.
* Work closely with Maintenance, Transport and Service departments to ensure seamless operations.
