Green Fox Selection are currently working with a property management company looking for an experience Negotiator to join their Dublin-based team.

The Role
This is a hands-on position suited to a motivated property professional with experience across residential sales and lettings. You'll manage property transactions end-to-end — from initial instruction and valuation through to negotiation and completion — while providing trusted guidance to clients across a wide range of property types.
Key responsibilities
* Managing residential sales and lettings from instruction through completion.
* Conducting property viewings and negotiating offers.
* Preparing sales and lease documentation.
* Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders throughout the process.
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with PSRA regulations.
* Supporting valuation, asset management, and rent review work as required.
About You
* Experience in residential property sales and/or lettings.
* Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and negotiation skills.
* Knowledge of property valuations, rent reviews, and asset management is an advantage.
* PSRA license essential.
* Membership of IPAV, SCSI, or RICS preferred.
* Relevant qualification in Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
