We are interested in hearing from experienced SAP professionals who would like to take their careers to the next level.EY's global SAP practice now totals more than 26,000+ dedicated SAP professionals in over 150 countries and we are investing heavily in S/4HANA, Ariba, IBP, SuccessFactors, Concur, GTS, SCP, Analytics, and other new SAP solutions.You will become a key member of our SAP team. Your role will be focused primarily on the delivery of SAP services to one or more of our multiple large clients implementing SAP S/4HANA.Your Key ResponsibilitiesLearning and solutioning using design accelerators such as SAP’s Enterprise Management Layer (EML) or EY’s Pre-Configured Industry Solutions for potential use on client engagementsDesigning and configuring appropriate best practice solutions to meet client requirementsProducing key project deliverables including, design and configuration documentation, functional specs, data migration specs, test scripts, training materials etc.Accountable for the design and implementation of SAP S/4 HANA capabilities supporting the Order to Cash workstream, order management, pricing, delivery processing, billing, and customer order related reportingExecuting Integration testing and supporting other testing activities such as UAT or performance testingSupporting the planning and management of client projects throughout all phases – Prepare, Explore, Realise-Build, Realise-Test, and DeploySharing knowledge of best practice within the SAP team and across other firm disciplines, as well as developing other members of the SAP teamSupporting the development of the SAP practice, including leading internal team activities, supporting sales activities, and facilitating client eventsTo qualify for the role, you should haveA third level qualification in Computer Science, Mathematics or a related discipline, or relevant experience related to the position7+ years’ experience in SAP Sales Distribution implementations, with a minimum of 2 years' specifically in a consulting capacity for internal or external clientsExperience with, or demonstrable understanding of, S/4HANA best practice processes, key benefits, and implementation scenariosProven experience in SAP application design, and configuration of technology solutions to support SD business processesStrong functional configuration and experience with, or demonstrable understanding of, S/4HANA SD best practice processes, key benefits, and implementation scenariosStrong ability to lead, mentor and motivate teams, adopting a collaborative and supportive approachIdeally, you’ll also haveRelevant SAP certifications in Sales & Distribution or related modulesStrong analytical and problem- solving skills as well as excellent oral and written communication skillsProven experience in leading team planning for all project phasesWhat We Look For:Innovative and agile, with a purpose-driven mindsetInclusive and able to work effectively in diverse teamsPassionate about technology and eager to learn and growClient-focused, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional serviceWhat working at EY offersSupport and coaching from some of the most engaging colleagues aroundOpportunities to develop new skills and progress your careerThe freedom and flexibility to handle your role in a way that’s right for youEY is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from people of all backgrounds.EY is committed to being an inclusive employer and we are happy to consider flexible working arrangements.
