Night Manager Position Overview

* Ensure all guests' requirements are met during their stay, maintaining a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
* Answer incoming calls and take messages as necessary, effectively communicating with guests and staff members.
* Follow check-in/check-out procedures accurately, ensuring seamless transitions for guests.
* Taking reservations in the absence of the reservations department, showcasing adaptability and problem-solving skills.
* Deliver exceptional customer service and inspire the team to do the same, fostering a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
Main Responsibilities:
* Cash handling, card transactions, banking, and sales reporting, requiring strong analytical and financial skills.
* Maintaining a safe and harmonious working environment, ensuring high standards of hygiene and health and safety, adhering to regulatory guidelines.
* Liaising with the Management team to ensure exceptional service standards, promoting collaboration and open communication.
