€70,000.00-€85,000.00
Experienced IT Owner to take end‑to‑end responsibility for the day‑to‑day operation, stability, and performance of the Temenos banking platform in Ireland. This is a hands‑on role requiring a strong technical background, deep knowledge of Temenos, and the ability to act as the primary on‑the‑ground technical resource.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily running and technical performance of the Temenos platform in Ireland
Serve as the on‑site expert and first point of escalation for all platform‑related issues
Ensure system stability, availability, and operational excellence
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve incidents and implement enhancements
Monitor system health, perform routine checks, and manage maintenance activities
Support upgrades, patches, and configuration changes
Drive continuous improvement of the platform’s reliability and efficiency
Maintain clear technical documentation and operational processes
Ensure compliance with internal IT, risk, and security standards
Required Experience & Skills
Proven track record working with the Temenos platform (T24 / Transact or related Temenos modules)
Strong understanding of core banking systems and end‑to‑end operational workflows
Hands‑on technical experience in system administration, environment support, or platform ownership
Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and coordinate resolutions
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with cross‑functional teams
Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
Experience in a regulated financial services environment (preferred)
