Payroll Analyst (SaaS) - 5 Month Contract

We are partnering with a global technology organisation to hire a Payroll Analyst to support EMEA payroll operations on an initial 5-month contract.
This role will take ownership of multiple EMEA entities, ensuring accurate and compliant payroll delivery within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end payroll for 3-4 EMEA entities
Perform Gross-to-Net reconciliations and resolve variances
Ensure accurate processing of taxes, pensions, and statutory deductions
Partner with Finance to manage payroll funding and timelines
Maintain payroll data accuracy and execute bulk uploads for variable pay
Handle employee payroll queries and support compliance activities
Requirements
5+ years' payroll experience in a medium or large organisation
Strong experience with a leading HRIS or payroll system
Multi-country payroll experience (EMEA preferred)
Strong understanding of payroll compliance and statutory requirementsAbility to work to tight deadlines in a structured payroll environment
