Hotel Operations Manager.
As the Hotel Operations Manager with S Hotels requires the Operations Manager to come with a full-hands-on approach to operations and to be visible and act fully in all departments, especially Food & Beverage departments - (Brasserie/Bar/ Restaurant/Functions).
We believe that food and beverage operations are the heartbeat of all of our hotels therefore we require the Operations Manager to be very involved in setting and maintaining the expected level of service and quality through leading from the front and setting the example.

The Person
We are seeking an Operations Manager with a demonstrated history of success in Food & Beverage Management with Excellent People Skills, suited to a country Hotel and local business and community engagement.
Must be customer-focused, hands-on, excellent communication skills, whilst motivating the team to deliver the best possible outcomes for the guest and the business. One must be flexible to work weekends, professional in appearance and presentation, and possess the ability to come up with solutions. Candidate must have 3+ years F&B Manager experience.
Key Responsibilities Include
* Oversee all hotel operations, with a strong focus on Food & Beverage.
* Support Heads of Department and ensure efficient systems, staffing, and workflows.
* Maintain high standards across all departments, ensuring full compliance with EHO/HSA/WRC and internal audits.
* Ensure the hotel is presentable at all times and conduct regular operational meetings.
* Implement and monitor SOPs, stock controls, purchasing processes, and cash-handling procedures.
* Review rotas, control costs, and prepare relevant operational and financial reports.
* Work with Sales & Events to drive F&B and C&B business, especially locally.
* Lead on Health & Safety, customer service standards, and service recovery.
* Support staff development through training, feedback, and performance management.
* Carry out inspections, liaise with suppliers, and ensure consistently high levels of cleanliness, service, and hospitality
