Overview
Access Talent Group is working with a leading engineering consultancy that is on the lookout for skilled senior roles in Ireland. Opportunities include Senior Project Engineer (Cork or Dublin), Senior Flood Risk Consultant (Dublin), Senior Project Manager (Structures) (Galway), Technical Director – Civils (Wexford), and related positions focused on transport infrastructure and civil engineering.
The successful candidates will lead and manage projects, collaborate with clients, and deliver high-quality engineering solutions across transportation, flood risk, structural, and civil disciplines.
Responsibilities
* Senior Project Engineer — Cork or Dublin: Lead and oversee transportation projects with a focus on active travel and public traffic schemes; collaborate with clients to understand requirements; mentor junior staff and contribute to the team.
* Senior Flood Risk Consultant — Dublin: Lead and manage flood risk assessment projects; advise clients on mitigation strategies, compliance, and climate resilience.
* Senior Project Manager (Structures) — Galway: Manage and deliver structural projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to budget and quality requirements.
* Technical Director – Civils — Wexford: Lead the technical and engineering functions of the business, ensuring best-in-class design, delivery, and compliance across civil projects.
* Senior DSR — Dublin: Act as the client’s technical representative on site, ensuring works are delivered in line with design, contract specifications, and industry best practice.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (as applicable per role)
* Experience relevant to the role (e.g., active travel projects and public traffic schemes; flood risk assessment; structural project delivery; civils technical leadership)
* Ability to independently manage projects with strong technical knowledge
* Excellent communication and client management skills
