Smith Property is seeking an experienced and commercially minded consultant to support the continued expansion of our professional valuation and advisory services division.
This is a flexible consultancy-based opportunity suited to an experienced property professional or chartered surveyor capable of undertaking commercial valuation assignments independently and to the highest professional standards.
The successful consultant will work across a broad range of commercial, mixed-use, investment, and development property instructions throughout Ireland.
Qualifications
Strong commercial property knowledge
Excellent analytical and report-writing skills
Professional presentation and communication abilities
Ability to manage instructions independently
Strong understanding of Irish property markets
High ethical and compliance standards
Preferred Qualifications
MSCSI / MRICS / REV
Registered Valuer status
Existing professional or banking relationships
