About this Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Excellence Manager to lead our teams in delivering operational, commercial, and service excellence across our contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the delivery of operational excellence across a defined set of contracts, working closely with new business, operational excellence, and implementation teams.
* Ensure each On-Site location is operating to the highest standards, audited through relevant procedures, and demonstrated through site visits, customer meetings, and regional discussions.
* Develop and deliver auditing action plans for each On-Site location, sharing monthly updates with customers as part of the Monthly Service Review.
* Manage On-Site stakeholders through KPI attendance, regular customer interactions, and auditing pulse surveys.
* Drive regionally led employee engagement messages and initiatives, focusing on innovation and continuous improvement.
* Take primary responsibility for issue escalation outside of On-Site, overseeing team and contract performance to prevent risks.
* SUPPORT CONTRACT RENEgotiations and demonstrate continuous improvement to support the partnership.
* Be a positive role model and leader, ensuring that reporting team members have clearly defined roles and objectives, are fully trained, and motivated to achieve high performance standards.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Experience of managing high-performing teams and driving operational excellence.
* Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire and motivate a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including written, oral, and presentational.
* A focus on customer needs and satisfaction, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Innovative thinking and the ability to listen, consult, and communicate effectively.
