Associate Director Role
The Associate Director position is a key role within our organization, responsible for driving customer engagement and growth.
We're seeking an experienced professional who can leverage their business acumen to build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders across the customer organization.
As an Associate Director, you will be expected to research customer businesses, prepare thoughtful questions and insights in advance of customer meetings, and shift communication style and content to fit the needs of different stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and executing strategies to drive customer decision making and achieve shared vision.
* Leading with solutions, not products, when making recommendations aligned to customer objectives.
* Thinking commercially and applying business acumen when crafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
