About Your New Job
* Maintain machinery, plant, equipment, utilities, facilities, and services to required operating standards.
* Perform installation, emergency, corrective, and preventive maintenance of equipment.
* Coordinate and manage maintenance contractors and equipment vendors on site.
* Troubleshoot issues and provide engineering expertise to find solutions promptly.
* Perform duties in compliance with all site SOPs, EHS standards, and relevant legal requirements.
* Conduct breakdown analysis and work closely with the project team on new or recommissioned equipment.
* Attend FATs to ensure adherence to user requirements and provide engineering input to deviations, CAPAs, and change controls.
* Manage supplies and spare parts inventory and participate in projects to improve system performance and reliability.
* Provide 'On Call' support and escalate issues with equipment or its management.
What Skills You Need
* Bachelor’s degree or similar trade qualification in an engineering discipline.
* 5+ years of industry experience in a GMP manufacturer with at least 3 years’ experience in maintenance of chemical, HVAC/mechanical systems, pneumatic & hydraulic systems, electrical power systems, control systems, and building management systems.
* Strong technical aptitude and ability to work on own initiative.
* Good team player with a proactive attitude and strong analytical skills.
* High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and understanding of relevant quality standards.
* Proficient in written and spoken English, MS, and predictive maintenance regimes & routines.
* Experience with CMMS (eMaint is an advantage) and AutoCAD.
