Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe Deputy CFO will have primary responsibility for the planning, implementation, management, and operation of all Finance and Actuarial activities.Provide leadership, direction, and management to the Finance and Actuarial functions.Oversee joint processes in Finance and Actuarial to ensure efficient coordination of deliverables, cross-team communication, and workflow.Contribute as Deputy CFO to CACI’s strategic and financial planning.Establish and develop relationships with executive management, senior management, external partners, and stakeholders.Represent CACI's Finance and Actuarial functions at Crédit Agricole Group level, including attendance at various committee meetings.Manage and oversee outsourced activities in both areas.Develop and implement best-practice policies, practices, and tools for both functions.Ensure adherence to CACI and CAA’s governance frameworks.Represent the CFO at specific engagements and committees.Lead the quarterly financial and actuarial committees.Finance & Actuarial LeadershipOversee daily operations of the Finance and Actuarial functions across various accounting standards.Approve financial policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and ensure governance compliance.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, collaborating with compliance and legal teams to manage risks.Lead strategic projects aligned with CACI’s priorities.Contribute to CACI’s strategic and financial planning.Finance & Actuarial ReportingValidate and approve monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and regulatory submissions.Collaborate with the Chief Actuary on risk management, variance analysis, and sign-offs.Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.Assist in formulating long-term financial strategies aligned with company objectives.Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, control functions, and regulators.Support the financial controller in technical accounting, reporting, and control leadership.ActuarialOversee and report on portfolio performance, partnership indicators, profit-share estimates, and actuals.Monitor the solvency position of CACI’s three regulated entities.Ensure key inputs to ORSA, SFCR, and RSR processes, including sign-off at the entity level.Present key portfolio performance data at internal and Group committees.Support the Chief Actuary in leading the four actuarial areas: pricing, modeling, reinsurance, and others.
