Job Title: Accountant (6-Month Contract)

Location: Bray Office (Hybrid – minimum 2 days in office)
Reports To: Finance Manager
Job Purpose
The Accountant will support the Finance team in managing core accounting processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and compliance with statutory requirements. This role offers exposure to a multinational corporate environment and contribute to the integrity of financial data.
Key Responsibilities
· Execute month-end routines, including accruals, prepayments, and GL reconciliations.
· Prepare and submit VAT returns in different countries in compliance with local regulations.
· Manage Inter-entity transactions and reconciliations.
· Manage Leases and related reconciliations.
· Clear inventory in-transit accounts and resolve discrepancies.
· Collaborate in the preparation of quarterly forecast.
· Prepare CSO and IDA returns.
· Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate reporting (Auditors, International Tax Department, Operations, Manufacturing, Quality).
Experience
· Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a multinational corporation (MNC) environment.
· Experience with ERP systems. SAP S4/Hana is a requirement.
· Strong knowledge of month-end closing processes and VAT compliance.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
· Professional qualification (or part-qualified) such as ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent is desirable.
