Support Team Lead Role
This role is responsible for providing specialist support to individuals with intellectual disabilities and trauma backgrounds.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with vulnerable adults, be adaptable and resilient, and possess excellent communication skills.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Provide specialist support to individuals with intellectual disabilities and trauma backgrounds
* Use Positive Behaviour Support model to assess and respond to non-verbal communication and mood changes
* Assist individuals with daily living, personal care, and medication management
* Encourage participation in activities and social outings
* Work collaboratively with a team of 11 per shift
