Job Title: Project Delivery Manager
The role of a Project Delivery Manager is to oversee the successful delivery of projects within our client's construction portfolio.
* Establish and maintain procedures with design teams, clients, and subcontractors for information flow, approvals, meetings, and reporting.
* Record all daily activities, relevant information, and occurrences in a site management system.
* Ensure compliance with ISO company procedures and adherence to plans, specifications, and building standards.
* Report to the management team on programme schedules and ensure adherence to plans and specifications.
* Undertake surveys and ensure engineering details are being followed on-site.
* Supervise subcontractors and inspect the quality of works.
* Conduct document reviews, scheduling, and attend site meetings to ensure overall compliance with the building schedule.
* Provide regular updates to the Project Manager and senior management team on all aspects of engineering relating to the project.
* Manage and provide training to junior staff and engineers.
* Ensure compliance with agreed construction methods, particularly those relating to Quality Assurance and Health & Safety.
* Manage project close-out, including securing warranties, guarantees, and acceptance of work, subcontract, and vendor closing, including as-built submissions.
* Set out using total station and GPS equipment.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
* 3+ years in a similar role.
* Engineering Degree required.
* Knowledge of construction techniques and competency in all aspects of setting out, surveying, and temporary works.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong IT skills with good knowledge of MS Office and CAD.
* A good understanding of Health & Safety requirements within Irish construction sites.
* Strong Management Skills.
* Full Irish Driving licence.
