Technical Services Specialist
The Role: Provide proactive technical assistance across multiple environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and resolve incidents and service requests through the IT ticketing system.
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, network issues, and printers.
* Create and maintain user accounts and access permissions.
* Monitor and manage data backups and escalate issues as needed.
* Liaise with vendors and escalate complex issues to higher-level support.
* Assist with IT projects, deployments, and security initiatives.
Requirements: IT Support or related technical role, Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office suite, Active Directory, networking basics, hardware setup, communication and customer service skills, troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, familiarity with ITSM or helpdesk tools, IT certifications an advantage, previous experience in a healthcare or regulated environment desirable.
