We’re seeking an experienced Product Experience Design Manager to join a global technology team driving next-generation business solutions for small and medium enterprises. You’ll play a key role in shaping product experiences through data-driven design, innovation, and collaboration with UX researchers, product managers, and engineers. Responsibilities
* Design and iterate world-class user experiences across multiple digital products.
* Develop and maintain design systems, reusable components, and high-fidelity prototypes.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure designs meet both user needs and business goals.
* Apply human-centred design principles to create innovative, intuitive solutions.
* Drive efficiency and consistency using atomic design principles.
Qualifications
* 6+ years of UX/UI experience across B2B or B2B2C products.
* Mastery of Figma and deep understanding of design systems.
* Strong UX and interaction design expertise with an eye for detail and quality.
* Experience with tokens/themes, component properties, and prototyping.
