You will lead and motivate your team throughout each stage of the project, coordinating closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to guarantee the smooth running of projects from initiation to completion.

KeyResponsibilities:
Supervise onsite teams, including tradespeople and subcontractors, ensuring work is carried out safely and to specification.
Coordinate daily activities and communicate effectively with project managers, engineers and plannerstokeepprojectsonscheduleandwithinbudget.
Monitorworkqualityandcompliancewithprojectrequirements,standards,andregulations.
Enforce health and safety guidelines, conduct risk assessments, and maintain a safe working environment.
Managematerials,tools,andequipmentallocation,monitoringusageefficiently.
Identifyandresolvesiteissuespromptlytominimizedelaysordisruptions.
Requirements:
ProvenexperienceasaForemanonlargescalecivilengineeringprojects,inIrelandorthe UK.
Strongknowledgeofcivilengineeringconstructionmethodsandmaterials.
ThoroughunderstandingofIrishhealthandsafetyregulations.
Excellentleadership,communication,andteammanagementskills.
Abilitytoreadandinterprettechnicaldrawingsandspecifications.
