Our client, a global powerhouse in consumer goods, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Trading Executive to support their dynamic customer development team in Dublin.
In this role, you will excel at managing customer administration, ensuring pricing accuracy, and supporting internal processes to drive success. This is an opportunity to build your career in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, with a focus on growth and personal development.
Your Role:
1. Manage and strengthen customer relationships through effective communication.
2. Oversee new line forms, material code changes, and visual aids to ensure seamless processes.
3. Ensure accurate pricing setup, eliminating claims and discrepancies.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to manage accruals, forecast volumes, and monitor trade investments.
5. Track retail and cost price changes, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
6. Support team responsibilities, providing cover during holidays and absences.
Your Skills:
1. 2+ years proven experience in a customer-facing or administration role, within FMCG, retail, or trading environments.
2. Strong numerical and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
3. Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
4. Financial awareness and a keen eye for detail in pricing and trade investments.
5. Understanding of legal compliance and internal systems (SAP knowledge a bonus).
