Job Title: Biopharmaceutical Scientist
We are seeking an accomplished Biopharmaceutical Scientist to join our laboratory operations team.

This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals who want to contribute to the success of our team. As a Biopharmaceutical Scientist, you will play a critical role in supporting laboratory operations within a biopharmaceutical organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support equipment qualification, documentation generation, and contribute to lab and process establishment.
2. Perform general lab operations, run business tasks such as EM, facility testing, method verifications, troubleshooting, and execute laboratory studies as required.
3. Review, trend, and report laboratory data to support batch data generation, collate and analyze end-of-quarter and year reports for all raw data generated.
4. Maintain and release laboratory stock, order laboratory consumables as needed.
5. Manage routine cleans of laboratory equipment, ensure laboratory housekeeping standards are maintained, and identify continuous improvement opportunities in laboratory processes.
6. Respond to standard requests from partners, customers, and clients (internal and/or external) and escalate to manager when appropriate.
7. Participate in functional meetings, facilitate cross-functional meetings as required, audits (internal and external).
8. Support the introduction of novel, innovative solutions, test biologics within the facility.
9. Develop team effectiveness skills, promote team success through actions, and demonstrate respect and appreciation for diverse populations.
10. Support timely training completion and coaching of team members.
11. Be flexible to support changing business needs, e.g., infrequent out-of-hours testing support for exceptional circumstances.
Requirements and Qualifications
* A degree qualification in Biological Sciences or Engineering, preferably with a background in microbiology.
* A minimum of 1-3 years' experience working in a relevant academic or industry field, including internships and student placements.
* Familiarity with biologics manufacturing and microbiological testing techniques.
* Knowledge of laboratory systems, e.g., LIMS, E-logs, MODA, and electronic notebooks.
* Familiarity with GMP, USP, EP, JP requirements.
