Job Description
The Stakeholder and Experience Manager will ensure that the experience of flexibility participants is considered and optimized in the delivery of this programme.
Key Responsibilities
* Participant Experience: Ensure timely and relevant participant representation within programme activities, workshops, and deliverables.
* Utilize research and insights to consider the participant's experience throughout distinct programme phases.
* Work with stakeholders to prioritize relationship management across industry, community, customer, and business segments.
Participant Journeys
* Definition and management of key participant personas to help define and represent these within programme activities.
* Definition, ongoing management, and optimization of key participant journeys to support analysis and understanding of the participant's experience and critical success factors.
* Define key changes required for the implementation of desired participant experiences and journeys.
* Steer, support, monitor, and drive improvement in operational delivery of participant experiences.
Supporting Schemes, Initiatives, and Enduring Solutions
* Provide strong input within workshops and deliverables regarding the participant's perspective and required experience.
* Manage participant engagement activities to actively engage with key customers.
* Manage project suppliers for customer experience related activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
A Business or relevant Arts Degree or equivalent work experience is essential. Minimum 4-5 years' experience in a similar role is required. Proven experience in customer experience and/or relationship management is necessary.
