Build strong relationship with the business teams to provide them the support and adequate technical direction and guidance as needed Qualifications To be successful in this role you have: Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
Over 10 years of experience working with technologies in an enterprise software company, demonstrating advanced coding skills and consistently delivering high-quality results through team management and leadership.
Supervises experienced professional employees, who require little oversight in completing assigned work, providing oversight and approval when appropriate Influences and provides guidance to employees outside of their area of expertise, around policies, practices and procedures.
Provides direction, delegation of assignments, and support to accomplish tasks with their team Strong hands-on experience with open-source tools and agile development environments.
Fluency in one or more relevant programming language (Java, C++, Ruby. Shell, JavaScript) and relational databases like SQL, DB2, Oracle Able to articulate broad concepts and use those concepts to understand and develop solutions for problems.
Ability to plan and execute a project based on organization priorities, context, risks and desired outcomes.
Strong ability to exercise discretion and judgment of best practices and coding standards pertaining to various role specific requirements (e.g. programming languages and tools, network design, functional design, algorithms, patterns, design and development, etc.).
Should be a developer at heart and loves solving complex design problems and is willing to step up to do some hands-on coding when required.
Had experience working with integration Webservices like REST and SOAP using JSON and XML payload formats.
