Our clientcurrently has an exciting Sales Operations position available in its product department within the motor industry.

Responsibilities
To co-ordinate model line-up and supporting activities, contributing to the companies commercial success.
Define, develop, and communicate the product strategy and action plan to ensure that models are a commercial success, in terms of:
Stock Ordering Determine, validate, and implement all Vehicle Stock Orders on a timely and accurate basis.
Stock Maintenance Ensure that all models are set up/deleted from the companies System.
Liaise With Revenue Ensure that all vehicles are set up on the Revenue VRT System
SIMI - Stat code requests
Analysis Monitor & analyse the market and identify customer trends to maximise performance with particular emphasis on Nissan Ireland Model Mix to ensure that all orders of future product reflect current demand.
Planning Work closely with Finance, Sales, and Product planning on the various business cycles, (sales plan, lead in budget submission).
Supply Work closely with the Sales team to ensure supply and stock is in line with business objectives and customer demand across channel mix including fleet (version mix, volumes, ageing stock, sales plan).
Propose corrective actions when necessary and ensure correct and appropriate communication with the network.
Product information Maintain and supply up-to-date accurate product information within the company, dealer network & external stakeholders, distribution planning, press, fleet, customer communications, dealer communications, training, internal systems, website, brochures, POS.
Liaison Manage product information flows to and from the manufacturer, within the companies departments and the dealer network.
Work as appropriate with external stakeholders such as SEAI for EV grant, OGH (conversion Companies), ensuring communication to network and internal stakeholders is appropriate and timely, with deadlines met.
Experience and Skills Required
Automotive industry & commercial experience an advantage but not essential.
A working knowledge of Keyloop an advantage.
Autonomous, self-motivated networker, decisive, resilient, agile, able to prioritise and work to tight deadlines
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Advanced Excel and Power Point skills with clear and concise presenting style
Ability to challenge and drive continuous improvement
Strong organisational ability
