We are currently hiring a Bakery Line Operator to support the daily production of our cookies. This is a hands-on, physically active role that involves standing for extended periods, lifting, and repetitive manual tasks in a fast-paced food production environment.
SOS Cookies is looking for someone to join their expanding team. Bakery experience is essential.
In this role, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Making and preparing cookie dough according to recipe standards
* Rolling out dough to required thickness and shape
* Traying up cookies in preparation for baking
* Baking cookies to correct specifications and monitoring oven performance
* Decorating and finishing baked cookies with accuracy and attention to detail
* Boxing and packaging finished products efficiently and hygienically
* Cleaning and sanitising equipment, tools, and workspaces throughout the shift
* Assisting with other production tasks as required to meet daily targets
Requirements
* Previous experience in a bakery, food production, or kitchen environment is an advantage but not essential
* Ability to stand for 8 hours and perform repetitive physical tasks in a warm environment
* Comfortable with lifting trays and ingredients (up to 20kg) and moving around throughout the shift
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team
* Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as needed
Our hours are very sociable and don't require night time shifts, our bakery operates from 6am - 9pm and we can work around hours.

Pay: From €13.50 per hour
