Operations Role Overview
The role of Operations Specialist is a key position within the Retail Operations Team. This team delivers operational and stakeholder management services to support the wider Retail, Credit & Collections, Customer Management and Loan Recoveries.
Job Responsibilities
* Work within guidelines to achieve agreed daily targets, ensuring information is complete, accurate and readily available.
* Deliver services in a simple and efficient manner.
